NO CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Backorders: Because some of the parts we deal with are for tractors which are no longer manufactured, and some of the parts which we deal with are hard to get, items not in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested by you, our customer. This will ensure that you receive your part as soon as it becomes available. Items will be shipped in the order they are received.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please inspect your order promptly. Items cannot be returned after 10 days. Items returned must be in resalable condition for credit. Items which have been installed may not be returned. Electronic media (downloaded books) cannot be returned or refunded. Per industry standard, we cannot accept returns on parts which have been opened or installed, electrical parts or special order parts or parts flown in strictly for the ordering party. Orders which specify "downloadable" for the shipping method, but which must be shipped via UPS will be cancelled. A customer who wishes to cancel his/her order may do so without penalty if the order has not shipped; otherwise, customer is responsible for freight both ways on cancelled orders.
